This is a beautiful Vanstyle black enamel and gold tone powder and rouge compact circa 1930's.  It's in excellent condition, and still contains the original rouge and both powder puffs.

The interior is hallmarked "by Vanstyle".  It has a double sided metal mirror that lifts up to reveal the rouge compartment.  The loose powder compartment is clean.  The compact measures approximately 2 1/2 inches by 1 3/4 inches.  It comes in a nice brown Ultra suede slip case.
